FUERZAfest

Latinx LGBTQ Arts Festival
Presented by Hispanic Federation

Live Your Truth

This year marks the Fifth Anniversary of FUERZAfest, and will highlight the theme: “Live Your Truth” a celebration of individuality within our Latinx community to continue sparking a necessary conversation about what our LGBTQ+ communities value, who we are, and how we need to stand with one another to fight injustice.

Due de COVID-19, FUERZAfest NY in-person events will be postponed to October 14 -28, 2020 at the Julia de Burgos Performance & Arts Center located in Spanish Harlem, NYC.

We will continue monitoring closely all developments around COVID-19 and make adjustments accordingly. The plans for a great community celebration continues with the hope that you will come out this autumn and show support to LGBTQ artists, deeply affected by the economic difficulties caused by this unprecedented situation.

Moving the festival to October also allows us to align FUERZAfest with LGBTQ History Month and Hispanic Heritage Month for the first time ever.

The full schedule and festival line-up will be announced here on our website in September.
